FREELANCE VIDEOGRAPHER
POSITION SUMMARY
Diplomacy seeks a talented and experienced shooter of both photo and film that also shares a passion for fashion, music, and pop culture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with maintaining a professional and efficient work relationship remotely, with flexibility to meet in-person when applicable. This work can be executed anywhere as long as the delivered content appears fresh, exciting, and invokes the ethos of the brand.

GRAPHICS INTERN
POSITION SUMMARY
The Diplomacy team is seeking a charismatic, multi-talented, and fashion-conscious intern to join our efforts to remind the world of the long lost art of diplomacy. This is a temporary in-house internship in our New York office.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should…

have a degree or working towards a degree in a design-related field OR a fashion-related field.

be a creative thinker with a keen interest in the intersection between fashion and art.

have a working understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience or knowledge with After Effects is a plus.

understand how to engineer projects for intended execution, i.e. preparing files for print, making web-friendly graphics, engaging an audience on social media.

have stellar organizational skills that exist both digitally and in our physical workspace.

be interested in expanding their knowledge of small business operations in the fashion sector.

live in or plan on living in New York City for the duration of the internship.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertake tasks as set out by the Creative Director and Designers, as well as assisting the Sales team as needed.

Assist in the creation of visuals for website, social media, and marketing use, as well as creating internal documents for sales, logistics, etc.

Collect and maintain assets from multiple sources, including social media, online publications, and third-party content creators.

Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, tracking inventory, shipping online orders, generating logistics paperwork, and answering phone calls.
