GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via UPS for domestic orders including Puerto Rico and Canada.
TRANSIT TIMES
Our transit times are based on UPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

CANCELLING ORDERS
Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request.
RETURN POLICY
Subject to the conditions set forth below, Diplomacy will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fifteen (15) days of the date of the shipment delivery. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment. If not, subject to any legal requirements we will issue you merchandise credit, merchandise credits do not expire.
Diplomacy reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in sole discretion.
Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings.
Customers have 2-3 days to return the goods for a full refund after a return label has been provided. We will honor a 50% refund 15 days later and only 25% refund if items are sent a month after the return label has been provided.
After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether you have a right to do a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions.
